    2. Description of Service

    We provide an automated messaging platform that integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) and email to help businesses manage customer communications through AI-powered chatbots. Our service includes bot creation, conversation management, and analytics features.

    3. Account Registration

    To use our services, you must:

    • Create an account with accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
    • Have the authority to bind any business entity you represent
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    4. Social Media Integration

    When connecting your Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or email forwarding, you:

    • Grant us permission to access and manage messaging on your connected pages and inbox
    • Confirm you have the authority to connect these accounts
    • Agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, and your own email provider's terms
    • Accept responsibility for the content generated by your configured bots
    • Understand that we act as a service provider and you remain the data controller

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use our services to:

    • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Distribute malware or harmful content
    • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
    • Collect personal data without proper consent
    • Engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
    • Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Terms of Service

    6. Subscription and Payment

    Our service offers various subscription plans:

    • Free Plan: Limited features with a 7-day trial period
    • Paid Plans: Additional features based on subscription tier
    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

    7. Data Deletion

    You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data, connected account information, and conversation history within 30 days. You can also disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Connections page in your dashboard.

    8. Intellectual Property

    Our service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.

    11. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    13. AI Features and Customer Data

    Automated replies are generated with the OpenAI API (gpt-4o and gpt-4o-mini) on OpenAI's paid API tier, where submitted data is not used to train OpenAI models. We do not use, transfer, or sell raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived customer message data to create, train, or improve any foundational or generalized AI/ML model.

    14. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
